As a Pennsylvania native, she attended the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University and was elected to the AOA medical honor society. Dr. Lee then remained in Philadelphia to complete her Internship in Internal Medicine at Pennsylvania Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania and received her dermatology training at Thomas Jefferson University. She continued to serve as an assistant clinical professor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania.

Having spent many years abroad, Dr. Lee is fluent in Korean. She enjoys fostering animals and spending time with her dog and two cats alongside her husband.
